Browse our garden range, add the items you want to your cart, and complete checkout. You’ll receive an order confirmation by email straight away.

We accept credit and debit cards, PayPal, and cash on delivery (COD). Card and online payments are handled securely by our payment providers.

Choose “Cash on delivery” at checkout and pay the courier in cash for the full order amount when your parcel arrives — nothing is charged upfront. Please have the exact amount ready, as couriers may not carry change.

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us as soon as possible at support@swiftcut-tools.com and we’ll do our best to update or cancel it. Once dispatched, you can use your 14-day right of withdrawal — see our Returns & Refunds policy.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery within mainland Spain typically takes 2–4 business days, and 4–9 business days elsewhere in the EU. Full details are on our Shipping Policy page.

Shipping within mainland Spain is €3.95 and free on orders over €49. EU delivery starts at €7.95. Your exact shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number. You can also check the status any time on our Track Your Order page.

You have 14 calendar days from receiving your order to return it for a refund, no reason needed. Items should be unused and in their original packaging. See Returns & Refunds for the full process.

Because there’s no card payment to reverse, refunds for cash-on-delivery orders are made by bank transfer to an account you provide when you request the return.

Yes — SwiftCut Tools specialises entirely in garden tools and equipment, from pruning and lawn care to watering, planting and hand tools.

Clean tools after use, dry them to prevent rust, and store them somewhere dry. For cutting tools, keep blades sharp and lightly oiled. Any specific care instructions are included with the product.
