Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your SwiftCut Tools purchase. This policy explains your right to return items and how refunds work. It reflects your rights under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and Spanish consumer law.

1. Your 14-day right of withdrawal

As a consumer in the EU, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason. If your order arrives in multiple shipments, the period runs from the day you receive the last item.

2. How to request a return

1. Email us at returns@swiftcut-tools.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return, within the 14-day period. You may use the model withdrawal form below.
2. We will confirm your return and provide the return address and instructions.
3. Send the item back within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal.

3. Condition of returned items

Items should be returned in their original condition and packaging, unused and complete. You are only responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

4. Return shipping costs

Unless the item is faulty or was sent in error, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot process a refund for items lost in transit.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 14 days. We refund the full price of the product plus the standard delivery cost you originally paid (if applicable). Refunds are issued to the original payment method. For orders paid by cash on delivery (COD), where there is no card transaction to reverse, refunds are made by bank transfer to an account you provide. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or you have provided proof of return, whichever is earlier.

6. Faulty or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered, contact us within a reasonable time. We will arrange a replacement, repair or full refund — including return shipping costs — at no charge to you, in line with the legal guarantee of conformity.

7. Exceptions

The right of withdrawal may not apply to certain items, such as goods made to your specifications or personalised, or sealed goods unsuitable for return for hygiene reasons once unsealed.
