These Terms & Conditions govern the sale of products through swiftcut-tools.com, operated by FLOFUM, S.L. (“SwiftCut Tools”, “we”, “us”). By placing an order you accept these terms in full. They are drawn up in accordance with EU consumer law and Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 approving the consolidated text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users.

2. Products
We sell garden tools, equipment and related products. Product descriptions, images and specifications are provided as accurately as possible; minor variations in colour or appearance may occur. Products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time.
3. Orders
To place an order, add products to your cart and complete the checkout process. Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email. This confirmation constitutes acceptance of your order and the point at which the sales contract is formed. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in cases of suspected fraud, pricing error, or unavailability, in which case any amount paid will be refunded in full.
4. Prices
All prices are shown in the local currency of the destination country and include VAT where applicable, unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs, if any, are shown separately at checkout before you confirm your order. We make every effort to ensure prices are correct; in the event of an obvious pricing error, we will contact you before processing the order.
5. Payment
We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout, which include credit/debit card, PayPal, and cash on delivery (COD) — where you pay the courier in cash at the moment your order is delivered. Card and online payments are processed securely by our payment providers. For prepaid orders, your order is prepared for dispatch once payment is received; for cash-on-delivery orders, it is prepared once the order is confirmed.
6. Delivery
Delivery times, zones and costs are described in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (e.g. carrier disruption, customs).
7. Right of withdrawal and returns
As a consumer resident in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason. The full conditions and the return process are set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
8. Legal guarantee of conformity
Products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity provided under EU and Spanish law. If a product is faulty or does not match its description, you are entitled to repair, replacement, price reduction or a refund, as applicable, within the periods established by law.
9. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for misuse of products contrary to their intended purpose or instructions.
10. Intellectual property
All content on this website is protected by intellectual property rights and may not be used without our authorisation, as set out in our Legal Notice.
11. Personal data
Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
12. Applicable law and dispute resolution
These terms are governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection provisions of your country of residence. Consumers may access the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Any dispute may be submitted to the competent courts of the consumer’s place of residence.
